  • Tyllus is built for growing import teams that run US ocean imports or Mexico definitive ocean imports. Team members and partners can work from any country, but other import workflows are not available until Tyllus enables them.

  • No. Tyllus organizes the operational record and the handoffs around those parties. It does not transport cargo, replace professional broker advice, or submit official customs filings on your behalf.

  • Start with one representative workflow and the fields your team actually uses. Tyllus can structure orders, shipment records, partners, documents, and next actions in stages; a pilot does not require every historical record to move on day one.

  • Not for every workflow. Partner requests and replies can be coordinated through configured email and contact workflows, while your internal team works from the shared workspace. Access requirements depend on the workflow being implemented.

  • No universal coverage is promised. Tracking depends on supported carriers, available identifiers, and upstream service responses. Unsupported or failed checks remain visible for a configured fallback or manual review instead of being presented as verified live data.

  • Tyllus uses authenticated, workspace-scoped access and documented data controls. Review the Security and Data & AI pages for the current implementation and contact us for requirements that are specific to your organization.

  • Tyllus includes reporting and record-oriented workflows, but export and retention needs can differ by company and jurisdiction. We confirm the required format, scope, and control requirements during the pilot evaluation.
